1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Red Nose Software Solutions Pvt Ltd, doing business as Tantumetix ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Tantumetix website and GPS tracking platform.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree that you are the owner or authorized administrator of the vehicles or assets you are tracking using our service. You agree not to use Tantumetix for:
- Illegal tracking or stalking of individuals.
- Any purpose that violates local, state, or national laws.
- Attempting to reverse engineer or bypass security features of the platform.

3. Subscription and Payment

Services are billed on a subscription basis (Monthly/Yearly). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via our portal. We reserve the right to suspend service if payment is not received by the due date.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and the Platform are our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") are owned or controlled by Red Nose Software Solutions Pvt Ltd.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or the GPS tracking service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Red Nose Software Solutions Pvt Ltd and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
